The Tier One Process

What’s the Tier One process?

We have found that often our potential clients have questions about what to expect when they have an electrical project they would like to begin. By communicating our process to our potential clients, it allows prospective clients a beginning framework to understand what is going to happen before the project begins and the process it takes for completing the project.

Consultation Vs Quote

The consultation is a free meeting at the potential jobsite to go over the scope of work. The quote is the plan and the overview of the cost that will be incurred in order to complete the project. The cost of the quote is $50.00 and is due before the quote is released.

Initial Contact & Consultation:

Once initial contact is made we arrange a site visit. At the site visit we look to answer three questions: What do you want? What do you need? And how to achieve the vision for the project?

Quote Phase:

After the initial contact phase, we come up with a plan to address the three questions that were asked in the previous phase.

What you get in this phase are:

• Service calculation if needed
• Address the energy requirements for equipment
• Address any code issues with the project
• A plan to complete the project

After the quote is reviewed, we answer any questions that may arise after going through the quote. The cost of the electrical quote is $50.00 and is due before the quote is released.

Scheduling & Starting Work Phase:

When the quote has been agreed upon and all the questions have been addressed, we schedule a day to start the project. In this stage it is important that we establish when the project will start and what the expected timeline is for completing the project.

Final Phase:

Once the jobsite is completed, we will call for inspection. After the inspection we will address any questions or changes that the inspection authority may have regarding the project. Lastly the final payment will need to be made and the project will then be considered to be complete.
